About me

For over 20 years now, I have been joy- and successfully working as an intercultural trainer, consultant, coach, and lecturer. My target groups are international leaders, internationally or otherwise diverse teams, international executives, companies and universities.

The outcomes of my work are minimized frictional losses and maximized synergies. I provide guidance to companies, universities, and institutions as a trainer, coach, and lecturer.

From 1999 to 2007 I spent 8 years actively engaged in research at Daimler AG. During my time there, I established and led the "Intercultural Management" domain within the "Research & Development – Software – Methods and Tools" sector. I also advised, trained, and accompanied cross-functional and cross-location collaborations, as well as virtual and distributed teams in cross-cultural projects.

In 2007, I ventured into building up my own business as a trainer/coach, specializing in "Intercultural Management" for leaders, companies, universities, and institutions.

My regional focus areas include India, Southeast Asia, Malaysia, the USA, Switzerland, and the German-speaking region. I enthusiastically conduct training and consulting for multicultural groups as well.

As an experienced trainer with a strong knowledge base and state-of-the-art tools, I prioritize practical application and transferability. The results are impactful, sustainable training sessions that are highly effective and enjoyable.
