Expat Preparation

Being sent as an expat to a new cultural environment is a wonderful opportunity but can also present challenges. We are here to support you.

In our culture-specific expat training programs (ranging from one to multiple days, including accompanying coaching), you will learn to navigate:

• foreign cultures and their values, norms, etiquettes, and approaches,
• our own cultural biases,
• foreign values in comparison to our own,
• foreign perspectives,
• foreign structures,
• foreign work styles,
• hierarchies,
• leadership ideas and concepts,
• and much more.

We specifically focus on the target destination, actively learning, questioning, experiencing, and developing possibilities and alternative approaches to our own patterns of behavior, which are heavily influenced by our own "cultural realm."

This empowers you to act, work, and lead in a culturally appropriate, competent, and respectful manner, minimizing frictional losses and maximizing synergies.
