In this typically half-day (or integrated into a multi-day intercultural training) format, you will learn:

• What are the consequences of unrecognized culture shocks on the performance of individuals and the affected teams? (e.g., significant performance losses, high project turnover due to discontinuation, time delays, budget overruns, and more)
• Why is it important to know that it is listed as an illness in the ICD-10 and ICD-11? (ICD = International Classification of Diseases)
• What are the symptoms to recognize culture shock?
• How do I differentiate between mild and severe culture shock?
• What can I do to overcome culture shock?
• Why is it part of my leadership responsibility to recognize and potentially address culture shock among my employees?
• What measures can be taken to regenerate teams and employees?
