  • Two-day training with 6 to 15 participants from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, including 3 breaks (2 x 15 minutes and 1 x 45 minutes)
  • Day 1: Intercultural Sensitization: Differences and similarities in various cultural contexts, self-culture reflection, topics such as communication, feedback, hierarchies, trust, conflicts, deductive vs. inductive approaches, and many more
  • Day 2: Leading in International Settings: Leadership styles, leadership tools, authenticity, self-responsibility, self-care, accountability, acting with intercultural intelligence, and more
  • Methods: PITT: Sensitization/Problem presentation, Information, Training (practical exercises, emphasis on "learning by doing" and experiences), Transfer (applying learning to one's own professional context)
    We use practical exercises with "aha" moments, group work, reflections, simulations, role-plays, discussions, and not to forget - fun!
